Symptoms

When checking JMS Bridge state, it is noticed that some JMS bridge description shows "Created but not yet active." but State still shows as "Active".

Bridges Name     Server      State       Description
JMSBridge-1      server_2    Active      Created but not yet active.
JMSBridge-1      server_3    Active      Created but not yet active.
JMSBridge-1      server_1    Active      Forwarding messages.
JMSBridge-2      server_3    Active      Created but not yet active.
JMSBridge-3      server_2    Active      Created but not yet active.
