Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) fails to start with error "time out while waiting for a managed process to start".
OID is starting up but after some time it shuts down again.
No meaningful errors in the logs, just shutdown messages.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OID, e.g. 11.1.1.9.0 version
2. Configure OID for integration(s)
3. Reboot the OS after memory upgrade
4. OID is not able to start
