On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add Archiver location in Webcenter Content

There were 2 Archive Collection in the list, there are no changes in the server, but one is unavailable.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should see all archives in the list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WCC
2. Go to Administration --> Admin Applet --> Archiver
3. Go to Options --> Open Archive Collection
