BPM_AUDIT_QUERY not getting purged (Doc ID 2424555.1)

Goal

BPM_AUDIT_QUERY table has large number of records in total . Most of them are valid records and ECIDs from BPM_AUDIT_QUERY and don't exist in any of SOA tables. Why does BPM_AUDIT_QUERY table have these audit records , if none of the other table have references to it?
