Symptoms

StackOverFlowError occurs with the following incorrect configuration.

1. <error-code>404 of <error-page> is configured in web.xml

2. JSP with Query String is specified to <location>

3. JSP of step 2 does NOT exist

e.g. WEB-INF/web.xml
