OIM Office365 User Reconciliation Scheduler Stops With Success But Reconciles Less Than One Hundred Users (Doc ID 2425528.1)

Using Office 365 Connector version 11g and running  Office365 User Reconciliation scheduler task but it does not appear to reconcile all users. One was expecting around 2,000 users to be reconciled but recon only reconciles less than 100.
