WebCenter Content: Imaging Payload URI is not Correct (Doc ID 2425650.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the payload web location in WebCenter Content, it looks correct.  However, when the Document URL is displayed in an Imaging instance, it is not correct.  In the payloads of instances created by Imaging, the URI for the image is missing the port number for the Imaging server.

Example:
http://lIPM_Server/imaging/faces/Pages/UrlTools.jspx?ToolName=AWVWR&DocumentId=xxxxxxxxxxx

Should be:
http://IPM_Server:16000/imaging/faces/Pages/UrlTools.jspx?ToolName=AWVWR&DocumentId=xxxxxxxxxxx
