After upgrade the OIM server from OIM11.1.2.3.X to OIG12., when the OIM server starts, it runs into the error of OIMBOOTSTATE does not exist.



Starting OIG 12c, OIM added a new table OIMBOOTSTATE into the OIM DB. It gets created when the OIM server starts at the first time after upgrade to 12c.
