After upgrade the OIM server from OIM22.214.171.124.X to OIG126.96.36.199.0, when the OIM server starts, it runs into the error of OIMBOOTSTATE does not exist.
Starting with OIG 12c, OIM added a new table OIMBOOTSTATE into the OIM Database (DB). It gets created when the OIM server starts at the first time after upgrade to 12c.
