Symptoms
After upgrade the OIM server from OIM11.1.2.3.X to OIG12.2.1.3.0, when the OIM server starts, it runs into the error of OIMBOOTSTATE does not exist.
Changes
Starting with OIG 12c, OIM added a new table OIMBOOTSTATE into the OIM Database (DB). It gets created when the OIM server starts at the first time after upgrade to 12c.
