Symptoms


When attempting to access WebCenter Portal using Chrome browser with an iOS device, the following PopUp message is displayed:

ERROR

You are using an unsupported browser. The supported browsers are Internet Explorer 9.0 and higher, Firefox 14.0 and higher, Safari 5.0 and higher, and....


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Chrome on an iOS device.

  2. Access WebCenter Portal.
