Error Generated when Users in Active Directory with RWDA attempt to Check-in Content: Insufficient Privileges (Doc ID 2428408.1)

Goal

WCC user attempts to check-in content fails and error is launched:  Insufficient Privileges.   User is in LDAP and has role RWDA.
