Need to Stop Public Access to the Content Server Folders using the WebCenter Portal Connection

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to hide the following URL to the Enterprise Library directory for browsing view:
https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter/content/conn/WebCenterSpaces-ucm/path/Enterprise Libraries/
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should be able to protect the URL from public access.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Get the name of the WebCenter Portal connection to content server.
e.g.:
- Connect to Fusion Middleware Control.
- Navigate to the WebCenter Portal home.
WebCenter -> Portal -> Server -> WebCenter Portal (WC_Portal) - From the WebCenter Portal drop-down menu select:
Settings -> Service Configuration - Select: Content Repository
- Note down the name of the content repository connection.
e.g.: WebCenterSpaces-ucm
- Connect to Fusion Middleware Control.
- Using the WebCenter Portal host name and port and the content server connection access this URL in a browser:
http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter/content/conn/WebCenterSpaces-ucm/path/Enterprise Libraries/
You should see the URL shows content folder of public portals without accessing the content directly from WebCenter Portal.
