WebLogic Prompting for Password after Browsing through Nodemanager Monitoring Tab in Admin Console (Doc ID 2430074.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the nodemanager monitoring tab (Machines--> machine name --> Monitoring and in admin logs), it is asking for the password and going into loop if the Admin Server started as background process and server will be unresponsive.

If the admin server started as foreground process, it will ask for password and wait.
