On : 12.1.3 version, upgrade Tuxedo 12.1.3 application from using Oracle DB Client to When doing this, the oracore12.dll loaded from the Tuxedo 12.1.3 install does not contain the appropriate API function calls which results in a run-time error when the Tuxedo server attempts to connect to the database.
