Authentication fails if the user stays idle/inactive for 10 minutes on the Login page before submitting credentials

Note:RequestTimeout parameter is not used in a Federated Flow

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open a web browser and call the protected resource, a Login page is displayed 2. Wait 10 minutes 4. Enter Credentials 5. The login fails
