Invalid Date Format During Reconciliation (Doc ID 2430531.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, SAP Connectors



The SAP SuccessFactors connector version 12.2.1.3.0 has been installed and configured with the new application onboarding capability but an error occurs when adding new user date attributes for trusted reconciliation.

The reconciliation works fine by default and it even reconciles the attribute Hire Date which is mapped by default to the attribute "EmpEmployment.startDate", but if mapped this same attribute to the Start Date the following error occurs:

oracle.iam.reconciliation.exception.InvalidDataFormatException: Invalid data - 1391385600000 against Date format yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss z for key Start Date



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and configure the SAP connector
2. Run the recon job the reconciliation runs without any error
3. Change the hire date to start date and run the reconciliation

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile users and affecting development environment.
