Connector Server Logs Shows "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.JCo" With SAP UM Connector (Doc ID 2431456.1)

Symptoms

Using SAP UM connector 11.1.1.7.0 with Connector Server. The Connector Server is installed on windows machine. While testing the SAP connector through "SAP AC UM TimeZone Lookup Reconciliation" job, following exception is thrown 

"org.identityconnectors.framework.common.exceptions.ConnectorException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.JCo"

Connector server error logs shows:

SEVERE: An error occurred starting the connection. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.JCo

at org.identityconnectors.sap.SAPConnection.createDestination(SAPConnection.java:84)
