Symptoms
Intermittently, calls to AutoApproval fail with "oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.exception.IAMWorkflowException: There is no instance with the instanceID <INSTANCE_ID>."
When the issue occurs, the Service Object Architecture (SOA) diagnostic logs will show messages like:
