Symptoms
Not able to apply the WLS 10.3.6.0.180417 PSU April Patch 27395085
When applying the patch using the following bsu command, it throws error :
From Smart update, it is not recognizing or listing the patch in the "Downloaded Patches" section.
Using Smart Update Version : 3.3.0.0
Issue only seen on Windows environment. Not on Linux/Solaris.
