On OAM 11g Coherence 3.7.1.x environment user has reported that the OAM servers in the domain not coping up in the cluster after temporary network outage. In this the customer is pulling off the network cable for one the machines hosting the servers of the OAM domain and sometime later restoring the network connection, however, the OAM servers not setting right in the cluster. The OAM servers' coherence cache services not functioning right and throwing the errors.
