Goal

The goal of this document is to provide a simplified set of instructions for upgrading Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) on a Tomcat platform. 
Note that the standard Oracle tools for upgrades are not suitable for use on Tomcat, therefore a custom process must be followed.
This document aims to provide a simplified process for this upgrade.
