Unable To Login To Enterprise Capture and Errors "Failed to log in" and "No LDAP connection available to process request for DN" Occurs in Log (Doc ID 2433664.1)

Symptoms

After entering the login and password, the below errors occur:

[capture_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.odc.commitprocessor.CommitProcessor] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '30' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: xxxxx] [APP: capture] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Failed to log into I/PM system.[[
oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: Failed to log in.
Caused by: oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.util.DirectoryException: Client received an exception from server: No LDAP connection available to process request for DN: cn=username>. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
