Polish Characters are Getting Character Conversion Issue Reporting Error "GP_CAT:1588" and "GWWS_CAT:23" (Doc ID 2435112.1)

Symptoms

When polish characters like "Ł" are given as input to SALT, Tuxedo application server like "mytuxserver" is getting error "GP_CAT:1588" and this in turn causes GWWS to report "GWWS_CAT:23"

Problem occurs even when using MBSTRING as data type for character buffer with using ATMI routines "tuxsetmbaconv()" and "tuxsetmbenc()" on Tuxedo server side.
