Symptoms

When attempting to run AD User Target Recon the following error occurs.

ERROR

 This issue is not specific to AD connector and can happen with other connectors as well.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run AD User Target Recon
2. Recon event is received in OIM but not linked to any users
3. At the same time,the above error is seen in logs.
