Nodemanager.properties Identity And Trust Configurations are Ignored by the Node Manager (Doc ID 2436905.1)

Symptoms

Identity and Trust configurations for SSL were added to the nodemanager.properties file, however they are ignored.
Every time the node manager is started using the startNodeManager.sh script, the following is seen in the log:
<Loading identity key store: FileName=kss://system/demoidentity, Type=kss, PassPhraseUsed=true>

where: FileName=kss://system/demoidentity is the default OOTB Identity key store file in WebLogic
