Symptoms
Application reports the following exception after upgrading to JDBC 12.2.0.1 (ojdbc8.jar):
The exceptions do not occur if JDBC 12.1.0.2 is used.
Changes
Upgrade from JDBC 12.1.0.2 to JDBC 12.2.0.1.
