ODSEE - Performance of LDAP Operations (BIND & SEARCH) Impacted by DNS ACI Evaluation (Doc ID 2440840.1)

Symptoms

Bind and Search Performance Issue.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Newly created application service account ID take more time for Binding with ODSEE from particular sub-net

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Newly created application service account ID should Bind with ODSEE immediately from particular sub-net

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Applications took more time/ fails to bind with ODSEE (Performance issue)

Changes

 A new application has been on-boarded to ODSEE for authentication. It uses a newly created service account to bind with ODSEE

 That service account took long time to Bind with ODSEE from the subnet where application is deployed.

 It  caused time-out for application, hence users are not able to login through application

 Same behavior for all service account from that subnet except cn=<DS_ADMIN>
