Page Criteria Error In Sites.log INVALID PARAM In Templates That Are Not Cached (Doc ID 2441940.1)

Goal

We are receiving in out Sites.log INVALID PARAM in templates that are not cached. See trace below

[ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [logging.cs.cache.page] INVALID PARAM: userCountryCode=ES

Why is this error appearing if the template is not cached? can this cause a degradation issue?
Is there a way to configure the wcs cache to avoid this problem or log4j to avoid writing this error in the log?
