Application is Stuck in "Waiting for Entitlement" Status When Entitlements Are Provisioned Using the Access Policies for Disconnected Application. (Doc ID 2442520.1)

Symptoms

Unable to provision Entitlement using the Access Policies for Disconnected Application.


1. After the Manual Fulfillment Task for Application is generated and approved, the Application is Stuck in "Waiting for Entitlement" status.
 
2. Also the Entitlements remain in "Work In Progress" Status but no Manual Fulfilment task for approving Entitlements is generated.

If the account status gets changed to "Provisioned" after fulfilment analyst completes the task for provisioning an account, manual fulfilment task for
entitlements gets triggered without any issues. Issue is appearing when account status gets changed to "Waiting For Entitlement" after fulfillment analyst completes the task for provisioning an
account. In this case manual fulfilment task for entitlements are not getting triggered.
