WebCenter 12C WCC: Idocscript UserHasAccessToAccount Does Not Work (Doc ID 2443225.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WebCenter Content (WCC) 12C: idocscript userHasAccessToAccount does not work as expected

A user test_recordreader  has read permission for account "<ACCOUNTNAME>".

Below codes always return 3 as default (dprDefaultValue) value:

 

So I expect that if user had R access to account, script would return "1." If user had RW access, script should return 3 (1+2).
