Question about Adobe Flash in SOA 11.1.1.7 and 11.1.1.9

Is Adobe Flash is used in SOA 11g (11.1.1.7 and 11.1.1.9).
If so, is it possible to disabled Adobe Flash and to configure by using something other than Adobe Flash?
