Last updated on MARCH 08, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version 11.1.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to process some CSV text files using Oracle SQL*Loader, the following command is used:

<DIR>/oracle/product/12102/bin/sqlldr userid="<user>/<password>@<alias>" control='<DIR>/control_file.ctl' log='<DIR>/log_file.log' > <DIR>/out_file.out

This command executes successfully from Putty.

However, when executing the same command from an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Package that implements OdiOSCommand tool, and using an ODI Agent, the following message is observed in the output file:

Message 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULMessage 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UL
