ODSEE - DSCC Security Tab Displays Error "cannot contact the DSCC agent" (Doc ID 2444354.1)

DSCC Security tab displays error indicating it cannot contact the DSCC agent

The Security tabs (General, Certificates and CA Certificates) all display a message indicating they cannot connect to agent and do not display any certificate details.

This occurs for all ODSEE directories managed by DSCC, and agent is running.

The errors logs for DSCC agent contained

[29/Aug/2018:13:02:45 +1200] - 96039990 - Exception javax.naming.CommunicationException thrown:
[29/Aug/2018:13:02:45 +1200] - 96039990 - <DSCC_HOST>:<DSCC_SECURE_PORT>
javax.naming.CommunicationException: <DSCC_HOST>:<DSCC_SECURE_PORT> [Root exception is Connection timed out]
at com.sun.jndi.ldap.Connection.(

Due to this issue, Not able to Manage ODSEE instances through DSCC.
