Symptoms
Extreme slowdown when restarting the JVM, as it is taking a long time to collect persistent JMS messages in the database.
At this moment only some JVMs are in RUNNING mode, the other JVMs are stopped because when trying to restart them, they take too long to rise up.
The table for each JMS server contains as much as 25 million records that are all messages received and saved into the database.
These messages are the backlog and need to be consumed as soon as possible.
From the managed server log file, seeing the following error :
