Symptoms
Authentication Fails Error "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request"
Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
Unable to process the request due to unexpected error.
- Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.180717)
- Applied the OAM WEBGATE BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.2.3.180717 to the EBS WebGate for HR
- Did not patch Finance EBS WebGate at <Patch:24916846>
- Set the globalHMACEnabled flag to TRUE
- Tested both systems, failed when trying to log in with SSO. - "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request"
- Set the globalHMACEnabled flag to False and retested both systems, the above error occurs with the HR system although the Finance system SSO login was successful.
- Error in oblog.log
