Using Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 184.108.40.206.180717) :
After applied the OAM WEBGATE BUNDLE PATCH 220.127.116.11.180717 to the EBS WebGate for HR and left the finance EBS WebGate at <Patch:24916846>.
Then set the globalHMACEnabled flag to TRUE and tested both systems, failed when trying to log in with SSO.
but when setting the globalHMACEnabled flag to False and retested both systems, the following error occurs with the HR system although the Finance system SSO login was successful.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. applied the <Patch:27953548>
2. applied the latest BP to the OAM server 18.104.22.168.180717
3. set the globalHMACEnabled flag to TRUE and tested both systems.
4. access the HR system, failed with the Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access HR system with OAM WEBGATE BUNDLE PATCH 22.214.171.124.180717.
