Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual Racks X4-2, X5-2 and X6-2, after doing PSU upgrade to either January 2018 (or) April 2018 (or) July 2018 PSUs, issue of Dom0 Compute Nodes losing connectivity to ZFS appliance over IB network is seen. At the time of the issue all the Guest vServers are hung and unresponsive.

Below errors are seen at the time of the issue in /var/log/messages system logs on the Compute node.

Changes

PSU upgrade to either January 2018 (or) April 2018 (or) July 2018.
