Goal

SOAINFRA Schema upgrade failing with SQLException: ORA-00955 and ORA-01031

When trying to upgrade SOA Schemes from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9 we are getting errors related oracle database errors ORA-00955 name is already used by existing object and insufficient privileges.
