Symptoms
When attempting to create a new domain using a custom template, the Fusion Middleware Configuration Wizard displays a message: CFGFWK-64062: Invalid template, then the following error:
This happens for any template created, even if using the default options in config.sh and config_builder.sh. It was also discovered that if the encrypted passwords are replaced in the configuration files, the domain will be built but the passwords will not be encrypted.
While the "Invalid template" error message may be similar to other use cases such as that described in <Note 2360390.1>, the underlying error here is different.
