ORA-06512: At "APEX_180100.WWV_FLOW_CREDENTIAL", Line 424 in APEX with Active Directory Authentication (Doc ID 2451220.1)

Symptoms

The APEX application Authentication was changed to authentication with Active Directory. Authentication Provider = OpenID Connect Provider and authentication works without issues.

When more information is included in the Authentication response the following error is observed:
