Symptoms
Query hangs when using TCPS and JDBC OCI 11.2.0.4.
A simple select like select * from tbl1, where tbl1 has only a column of type ANYDATA (create table tbl1 (x sys.anydata) hangs.
The issue only happens with TCPS and JDBC OCI; not from SQL*Plus using TCPS or JDBC without SSL.
