Symptoms
If the managed server makes an un-authenticated request to the AdminServer, the AdminServer issues a nonce value for Digest Authentication.
At this time, the managed server hanged and if there is no response from the managed server until NonceTimeoutSeconds , the following timeout error occurs on the admin server.
