Symptoms

In a Federation and OAM-OIM integration environment a "System Error" is seen when user tries to login. The OAM diagnostic log shows the following error:

The problem occurs after the installation of the 11.1.2.3.180117 or 12.2.1.3.180122 OAM bundle patch.
