Forms 12c Standalone Form Builder Instance Creation Is Failing With FRM-70004 Error (Doc ID 2455540.1)

Symptoms

Note:Values and PATH location for various variables such as below has been used for Demonstration Purpose only.

 

Forms Builder Instance creation is failing with FRM-70004 error

Launched the configuration tool from the location, for example: C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\bin\config_builder.cmd

Entered the Form Builder Instance path and clicked the Next button. Getting the following error:

FRM-70004: error creating Form Builder instance

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Windows\regedit.exe": CreateProcess error=740, The requested operation requires elevation
