Symptoms

WebLogic Portal (WLP) ear file "portalEAR" not getting deployed on a Managed server with the below error
 

com.bea.content.RepositoryRuntimeException: Error getting repositories.
at com.bea.content.federated.internal.delegate.DefaultRepositoryConfigFactory.getRepositoryNames(DefaultRepositoryConfigFactory.java:128)
at com.bea.content.federated.internal.delegate.RepositoryHelper.getRepositoryNames(RepositoryHelper.java:71)
at com.bea.content.federated.internal.VirtualRepositoryManagerImpl.getRepositoryNames(VirtualRepositoryManagerImpl.java:87)
at com.bea.content.repo.internal.server.common.schema.TableSchemaHelper.loadData(TableSchemaHelper.java:310)
at com.bea.content.repo.internal.server.common.schema.TableSchemaHelper.getInstance(TableSchemaHelper.java:177)
