Cert Mode Configuration fails, from the Log file "OAM-04020 ... SSL handshake failed ... Caused By:...Invalid Padding length"

Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.x)
Added Root and Intermediate certs in the "cwallet.sso" File at the WebGate Configuration Directory
When renew the cert for OAM cert mode, webgate in cert mode is not working if just update OAM keystore and copy the cwallet.sso from the webgate output folder.
