Goal

Clean/purge the jdb (Java DataBase) files

During a stress test on OUD, millions of users were created.   After the tests were completed, the user entries were removed.  It was noticed that the size of the OUD database didn't decrease.
The OUD jdb files on userRoot were many and the changelogDb did not decrease.

When all was done, there were 1 million users and the OUD database was occupying 30 gb in size.

A restart of the OUD server did not help.

How can the JDB files be cleaned up or purged?
