Unable to connect to the database while doing a fresh install of WLS infrastructure using RCU (Repository Creation Utility).


ERROR

From RCU error log:

 


STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Run the RCU.
2. Try connecting to database and above stated error is observed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Admin(s) are unable to do a fresh install of WLS infrastructure 12.2.1.3 as they are unable to connect to the database
