Symptoms
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On: Logon Manager version 11.1.2.3.0 and higher
User is prompted to authenticate and answer a passphrase verification question when attempting to add a new credential in Logon Manager. The user does not remember the answer to the passphrase question and is unable to add the new credential for an application.
ERROR
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On:
"The verification process was not successful. Please recheck your answer and try again."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Open the Logon Manager client on the Windows Desktop.
- Click "Add" to add a new credential for an application.
- Enter username and password to authenticate.
- Attempt to enter the answer to the Passphrase question.
