Symptoms
- Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) OID set as System Store - now OAM Console Page is Blank Empty White
- Follow Quick Start Guide for Setting the Oracle Access Manager 11g System Identity Store (Doc ID 1332902.1)
- Now when logging into the OAM console, we see the username (ioamadmin) in the upper right corner. An the Access management Banner and copyright... the rest of the page is white, empty, blank, as seen in the ioamadmin_login__screen.PNG

Steps to Reproduce
Access the OAM console, when prompted to enter username/password the following is see:
Changes
Set the System store as an External LDAP ... for this case/SR the LDAP used was OID.
