Documents Downloaded from the WebCenter Content: Imaging Application are Downloaded with an Increased File Size (Doc ID 2458155.1)

Symptoms

When using WebCenter Content: Imaging to view and download documents, these documents are downloading with an increased file size. 

For example:

  1. WFR batch verified TIFF file created in Imaging with size of 94KB.
  2. Logged into the Imaging application, search for and view the image.   Select File -> Download to download the image.
  3. Downloaded the document with 2 different options "Download Original" and "Download TIFF":

Using Download Original size = 94 KB

Using Download TIFF size = 294 KB
