Symptoms
Two domains configured - Domain A has a service that reads messages from a local queue and forwards them to a distributed queue on Domain B.
In addition to being distributed Domain B is configured for service migration.
When one of the Domain B JMS services is migrated, they get the following errors, and all message delivery may be stopped:
Domain B:
The above error is actually expected. Reference Doc ID 2227850.1
However, it needs 60 seconds to restart message delivery.
It's too long for customer's system.
